Short Job Note

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting controls. The ideal candidate should have strong hotel accounting experience, analytical skills, and sound knowledge of taxation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare Hotel P&L, Balance Sheet and monthly financial statements.
• Manage City Ledger, Guest Ledger, receivables and payables.
• Handle cash management, credit sales and vendor payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Ensure proper accounting controls and financial discipline.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills

• 10+ years of experience in hotel accounts, preferably with branded hotels.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of hospitality accounting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
