Total and Relevant work Experience of 10+ years in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash operations, preferably in BFSI / Leasing / Shared Services Candidate Location - Anywhere in IndiaCandidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Education and Certification-

Qualification: Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Detailed Job Description

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations.
• Proven experience managing operational teams (40+ FTE preferred).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable processes.
• Strong analytical, governance, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving automation and process transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, EPM, APRO.
• Ability to manage global stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Own service delivery across Accounts Receivable processes.
• Drive achievement of SLA/KPI targets and AR metrics including DSO, aging, and cash application accuracy.
• Act as the primary operational interface for client stakeholders and delivery leadership.
• Manage teams with focus on productivity, quality, retention, and capability building.
• Lead governance reviews, operational reporting, and escalation management.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational commitments.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash performance.
• Support transitions, process expansions, and transformation initiatives.
