Manager - Accounts Payable, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Assist in P2P cycle activities such as purchase requisition, PO creation, and vendor invoicing.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents related to AP transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development and succession planning.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and process information.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and productivity initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, GL reconciliation, and P2P processes.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle Preferred.
