• Handling internal audit and Statutory Audit queries.

• Handling Statutory matters of taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxation) of the company.

• Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) Reports.

• Scrutiny/Assessment of Income Tax and GST.

• Company compliances and all the statutory requirements in respect to Direct Tax and Indirect Tax

acts (includes proper deduction of taxes (TDS), GST, timely remittance of taxes and filing relevant

TDS returns, GST Return, Advance Tax, Annual Tax returns, Income Tax filing, NBFC filings, etc).
