• Managing Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the Company.
• Ensure financial controls are in place and monitor the company's financial performance.
• Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets & financial reports to the management.
• Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the company.
• Cash Flow Management.
• Liaising with the Government officials.

Skill required:

• Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liaising.
• General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio.
• Good interpersonal skills, including People Management Skills & Leadership Skills.
• Experience as a Manager, Accounts & Finance for a minimum of 5 years, and overall 10 plus years of experience.
