Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage Accounts & Finance functions.
• Finalization of books of accounts, Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Handle GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliances.
• Monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Accounting and financial reporting.
• Preparation of MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Manage AP, AR, banking, cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure timely compliance and accurate financial records.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
• Support management with financial analysis and business requirements.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CA Dropout candidates preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in accounts finalization, Balance Sheet, P&L, GST, TDS and taxation.
• Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred.
• Should be capable of independently handling Accounts & Finance activities.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting and internal controls.
