MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for India and international business operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Fund Flow.
• Prepare and review MIS, financial reports, dashboards and management insights.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, collections, AP/AR and vendor payment planning.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee banking, treasury, reconciliations and internal financial controls.
• Manage payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions including PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
• Lead vendor management, reconciliations and payment processes.
• Drive process improvement, automation, ERP transformation and technology-led finance initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team and ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, business performance insights and decision-making.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 6-10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, reporting and month/year-end closing.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of cash flow and working capital management.
• Good exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Experience in team management and stakeholder handling.
• Exposure to multi-entity / international operations will be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP, automation, Power BI/Excel will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
