Manager - Accounts & Finance

• Lead and manage a team of 4 members in the Accounts & Finance department.
• Finalize accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepare MIS reports on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and maintain costing for different SKUs, including analysis of product costs and margins.
• Ensure timely completion and filing of Indian statutory compliances, including GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Handle UAE statutory compliances, including VAT Returns and Corporate Tax Returns, ensuring timely filing and adherence to applicable regulations.
• Handle and coordinate Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits, including providing the necessary information and supporting documentation.
• Manage fund planning and cash-flow management, ensuring effective utilization and availability of funds.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing, banking facilities, and other related requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day financial activities and ensure effective management of the companys financial resources.

Preferred candidate profile

Background in Import & Export will be preferred.
