Manager- Accounts & Finance (CA)

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting, and finalization of balance sheets. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, accurate financial reporting, and supports management decision-making.

• Finalization of monthly & annual Balance Sheet, P&L.
• Preparation and review of MIS reports for management.
• Handling GST compliances.
• Managing TDS compliances.
• Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and advance tax computation.
• Handling Direct & Indirect Tax assessments, notices, audits.
• Coordination with statutory, internal & tax auditors.
• Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & Accounting Standards.
• Team handling and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS.
• Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc).
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple compliances.

Qualification and Experience:

• CA with 5–10 years (Manufacturing preferred).
• Should be a thinker capable of designing effective systems and procedures, with a focus on implementation.
