Manager _ Accounts _Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements, including standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage direct taxation, tax audits, and statutory compliances.
• Handle Transfer Pricing compliances and coordinate with statutory auditors.
• Prepare and review MIS reports and financial statements.
• Prepare necessary details and documentation for Income Tax assessments.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Finance/Tax team on taxation and other finance-related matters.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple branches and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Candidates with experience in Finalization, Taxation, Audit, MIS and Statutory Compliance will be preferred.
