Manager- Accounting & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

      Manage equity and debt accounting in accordance with US GAAP, including instrument classification, valuation, and related disclosures.

      Oversee payroll accounting and ESOP administration, including expense recognition, vesting schedules, and related US GAAP disclosures (ASC 718).

     Manage fixed asset and prepaid expense accounting, including capitalisation, depreciation/amortisation schedules, and periodic reconciliations.

      Manage lease accounting under ASC 842, including lease classification, right-of-use asset and liability measurement, and related disclosures.

      Manage inter-company cross charges, cost allocations, & settlement processes across group entities.

      Coordinate and manage external and internal Audit requests related to General ledger, controls testing and financial statements

      Drive and partner with external/ internal teams for process improvements and automation
