Management Trainees (Sales)

LMDL is looking to hire motivated and ambitious fresh graduates as Management Trainees (Sales) for its medical device portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Promote and market LMDL's medical device portfolio to hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in achieving regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Support the sales team in market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Stock management on a consignment basis.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B. Pharma, B. Sc. (Science), Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
