Seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Associate/Travel Operations Coordinator with expertise in end-to-end travel management. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, reporting, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in corporate travel booking tools.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel operations, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate travel for senior leaders and VIP guests, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Manage travel vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and regulations.
• Monitor travel budgets, analyze costs, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Utilize travel booking platforms such as Egencia, Concur, and MakeMyTrip Corporate.
• Generate MIS reports and provide insights on travel spend and efficiency.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
