* Lease renewals and rental negotiations.

* Identifying and finalizing new properties.

* Coordinating with landlords and property owners.

* Conducting field visits and negotiating rental terms.

* Field Work

Requirements:

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Willingness to travel on a two-wheeler.

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

* Week Off: Sunday
