Management Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and resolve customer issues.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably from BPO background).
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
