Position Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive 1-year Training & Probation Program, designed to develop future caf leaders. During the training period, you will gain hands-on exposure to caf operations, customer service, operational excellence, people management, and business processes.

Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be evaluated based on performance and promoted to the role of Assistant Caf Manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM/B.Sc. Hospitality or equivalent)
• Exp. 6months-24months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Willingness to relocate and work across caf locations
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow

Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure effective service recovery.

Caf Operations

• Order taking and billing.
• Maintain caf cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure smooth day-to-day caf operations.

Inventory & Compliance

• Inventory management and stock control.
• Asset and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain operational reports.
• Ensure billing and statutory compliance.
• Minimize wastage through effective stock management.

Team Management

• Work collaboratively with caf teams.
• Learn people management and leadership skills.
• Support operational excellence initiatives.
