Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls and regular follow-ups.

- Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable programs.

- Promote online degree and certification programs through telecalling, virtual consultations, online demos, emails, and chats.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry and counselling to conversion and enrollment.

- Address candidate queries, handle objections, and build strong relationships with prospective learners.

- Maintain and update lead information, sales pipelines, and candidate interactions using CRM tools.

- Follow established sales processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- 01 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C sales, EdTech, education counselling, or online program sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address learner requirements.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and dialler operations is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
