Management Trainee

OrangeMantra is looking for a Management Trainee Business & Technology with a strong technical foundation and an interest in transitioning into a Techno-Functional / Business-oriented role.

This role is ideal for candidates who understand technology and want to build a career combining technical knowledge, business understanding and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client/business requirements and translate them into technology requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, delivery and internal teams.
• Assist in requirement analysis, documentation, presentations and client discussions.
• Conduct market and technology research.
• Support business development, pre-sales and client management activities.
• Prepare reports, MIS and project/requirement trackers.
• Develop understanding of IT services, staff augmentation and technology solutions.

Technical knowledge is mandatory.

Candidates are not required to be hands-on developers, but must be comfortable understanding technical discussions and requirements.
