We are seeking a Customer Support to join our team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Team Handeling, provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure they meet their targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive the growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• MBA any area is mandatory
