Management Trainee Managed Network & Digital Connectivity Services

Role Purpose

Support the Product and Network teams in managing and developing Managed Network & Digital Connectivity Services. The role provides exposure to enterprise networking, managed services, customer solutions and product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product and service teams in managing WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet, cloud connectivity and network security solutions.
• Assist in customer requirements gathering, solution design, proposals and presentations.
• Support product documentation, roadmap activities, market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with sales, presales, engineering, operations and technology partners.
• Track service performance, customer requirements and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with pricing, business cases and commercial analysis.
• Develop knowledge of enterprise networking, managed services and emerging technologies such as SASE, cloud networking, automation and observability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field mandatory and MBA recognized institution preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in networking, telecom, ISP, NOC, managed services or related areas.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VPN concepts.
• Basic understanding of enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi and network security.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work across technical and business functions.

Preferred

• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
• Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, automation or network management tools.
• Internship or academic project experience in networking/telecom.
