About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Research & Networking
• Research VCs, angel investors, family offices, accelerators, and strategic investors.
• Analyze investor profiles, investment thesis, sectors, ticket sizes, geographies, and portfolios.
• Build and maintain targeted investor databases.
• Identify potential investor connections through LinkedIn and online research.
Fundraising Support
• Maintain investor pipelines and CRM records.
• Support investor outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
• Track investor conversations, opportunities, and fundraising activities.
• Prepare investor-specific research and meeting briefs.
Startup & Market Research
• Research startups, competitors, industries, markets, and emerging trends.
• Analyze business models, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Prepare reports and insights to support fundraising initiatives.
Investor Materials
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor FAQs, and meeting briefs.
• Support market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist with basic financial and business-model analysis.
• Prepare relevant data and insights for investor discussions.
Founder Support
• Assist founders in preparing for investor meetings.
• Maintain meeting notes, investor questions, and action items.
• Track investor follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
• Support continuous improvement of the fundraising pipeline.
Requirements
• 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• MBA / BBA / Business / Entrepreneurship preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Search, Excel/Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in startups, fundraising, venture capital, and business strategy.
