Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and execute policies for efficient debt collection and credit evaluation.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor collections staff to hit recovery targets.
• Account Monitoring: Track delinquent accounts, assess aging reports, and review credit limits.
• Negotiation & Disputes: Handle escalated customer complaints, billing disputes, and complex payment plans.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to fair debt collection laws and generate performance analytics
