About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage global mobility programs for employees, including relocation, onboarding, and vendor management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for international assignments and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate rates and services for HRO operations.
- Provide support during the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in global mobility or related field (HRIS).
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (HMS) and ability to manage complex itineraries.
- Experience with international mobility processes, including visa applications and immigration procedures.
