Management Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct structured primary research conversations with professionals, candidates, and industry respondents.
• Capture accurate and well-organized insights from research findings.
• Research companies, industries, roles, talent markets, and workforce trends using credible sources.
• Support customer success activities, project coordination, and client-specific research requirements.
• Identify and assess relevant talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and other research platforms.
• Organize and analyze information in Excel or Google Sheets to provide clear and actionable market insights.

Job Requirements :

• MBA or PGDM graduates and final-year students are preferred.
• Clear spoken and written English with confidence to engage new people over the phone.
• Curious, research-oriented mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a logical and practical approach to assignments.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in market research, consulting, customer success, recruitment, or talent intelligence.
