Proven track record in:

Key Role:-

• Train employees on US calling procedures, customer handling, communication skills, and process guidelines.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of process workflows, tools, and systems.
• Conduct training assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and knowledge checks.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support new-hire onboarding, refresher training, and process updates.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain training documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to improve employee performance.

Qualification : -

• Any Graduate
• US Shift
• Minimum 3 years in US Payroll/Customer Service
