Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Your Role
As a Management Trainee in People Success at StayVista, you will work closely with the People Success and Talent Acquisition teams to support end-to-end recruitment while building a strong foundation in HR and People Success practices. The role is suited for an MBA/PGDM HR fresher or early-career professional who is highly energetic, organised and interested in recruitment.
About You
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, stakeholder feedback, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and KEKA/HRMS updates.
- Track hiring progress, offer-to-join conversion, and recruitment TAT.
- Support onboarding, recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other People Success initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Bonus Points
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in recruitment, familiarity with KEKA/HRMS tools, and experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Key Metrics: What you will drive and achieve
- Recruitment TAT: Ensure 90%+ of positions are closed within the defined recruitment TAT.
- Offer-to-Join Conversion: Maintain a 90%+ offer-to-join conversion rate.
- Candidate Pipeline: Maintain a minimum of 3 relevant candidates per active position.
- Recruitment Data & Process Compliance: Ensure 100% accurate and timely updates of candidate status, interview feedback, offers, and joining data.
- Hiring Delivery: Achieve 100% of assigned hiring targets within the agreed timelines.
