About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical MBA Marketing fresher to work closely with the MD and CEO’s office. The role involves supporting management with research, market intelligence, business analysis, and strategic initiatives as assigned by the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to support management decisions.
• Research companies, industries, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and organize relevant business and market data.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Support the MD and CEO’s office with special projects and strategic assignments.
• Assist in identifying market trends, business insights, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and complete research assignments.
• Handle additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills:

• MBA in Marketing; freshers are welcome.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work directly with senior leadership.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
