Role & responsibilities

Will responsible for Shift Operation and driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section. He needs to meet the production targets and also reduce cost of production through efficiency building. Managing shift operations of QC Testing of Coal of each truck coming in Chemical testing of Raw material, Clinker and Finished Product Ensuring the set point during raw mixing Testing of Limestone pile quality & Rechecking coal in the system Strong Team Player and Team Leader Excellent Administrative Capabilities - to manage with discipline and processes Data Oriented / Well versed in excel and computer systems Computer Knowledge/SAP Leadership skills/ Management Skills
