Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Development

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interactions.

Client Management

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 5-10 members.
• Train new team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure timely achievement of team goals and performance objectives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

• Graduate or postgraduate from any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
