Management Trainee - Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, MIS, reports, records, and related administrative activities.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Draft and manage official letters, emails, project communications, and other business correspondence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments, ensure timely follow-ups, and facilitate smooth information flow.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support management in project coordination, performance reporting, data analysis, and preparation of management reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of project-related data and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Postgraduate degree in MBA/PGDM or any other relevant discipline.
• Working knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, and data analysis tools.
• Strong documentation, business correspondence, drafting, and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, time management, and organizational abilities.
