Management Trainee - MBA Fresher | HR | BFSI

- End-to-end HR from recruitment, onboarding process; employee engagement, performance management, payroll and compliance
- Administer & maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances.

Required Candidate profile

- MBA in HR are preferred.
- Must be able to independently handle HR & deliver best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
