Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong Management Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates who bring solid pre-MBA professional experience and are looking to launch their post-MBA career in strategy and consulting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support problem-solving efforts by conducting research, data analysis, and synthesis of insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.

- Assist in developing structured recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.

- Participate in project planning, execution, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, prepare discussion documents, and help facilitate workshops.

- Maintain high-quality documentation, reports, and communication artifacts for internal use.

Preferred experience and skills:

- Pre-MBA experience in industries like consulting, analytics, operations, finance, or product management.

- Exposure to working with cross-functional teams or senior stakeholders.

- Internship experience during MBA in strategy, consulting, or business analysis (a plus).

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-school (e.g., ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI, NMIMS, etc.).

- 2 - 3 years of pre-MBA professional experience in roles involving problem-solving, analytics, or stakeholder engagement.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools.

- High ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
