Management Trainee - Logistics

Role & responsibilities

• Logistics coordination: Assist in planning and monitoring dispatches of cement and raw materials.
• Supply chain support: Work on optimizing transport routes, vendor management, and warehouse operations.
• Documentation: Maintain records of dispatch schedules, freight bills, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Process improvement: Participate in initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve turnaround time.
• Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management (recent graduate).
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain basics, and ERP systems.
• Willingness to work in plant and field locations.

Skills Required

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
