Management Trainee Intern

Job Title: Management Trainee Central Delivery & Integration

Location: Hyderabad Office, with travel to project sites as required

Role Purpose:
Support the central delivery function in ensuring that software-led projects are delivered in line with RFP commitments, approved solution architecture, implementation schedules, and required system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a project-wise RFP compliance, scope, and deliverables tracker.
• Coordinate with project teams, OEMs, software vendors, network teams, and field teams to track dependencies and action closures.
• Support planning and tracking of software deployment, configuration, interfaces, integrations, licences, and testing.
• Maintain integration readiness checklists covering infrastructure, network, server, security, application, and field-device dependencies.
• Prepare periodic management dashboards on milestone status, risks, pending decisions, defects, change requests, and documentation readiness.
• Support FAT, SAT, UAT, training, handover, and closure documentation.
• Track deviations from approved scope or design and ensure timely escalation to the central delivery lead.
• Develop reusable delivery templates, checklists, trackers, and lessons learned for future projects.
• Visit project sites when needed to understand implementation status and validate inputs from delivery teams.

Desired Profile:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline. MBA, an added advantage
• Strong analytical ability, structured documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in enterprise software, networking, video surveillance, command-and-control systems, IoT, or smart-city projects.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling parallel priorities.
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools; familiarity with networking and system integration is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
