About this role
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on Job Descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates on experience, skills, notice period, location, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the HR team in other employee engagement and HR-related activities as required.
