Management Trainee Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their career goals and course interests
• Explain course offerings, fee structures, and batch schedules clearly and persuasively
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM/tracking sheets daily
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and messaging
• Assist with counseling sessions, webinars, or walk-in inquiries as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• Completed graduation (any stream)
• Strong communication skills in English+Hindi+Marathi
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory
