Management Trainee Intern

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct research calls with professionals, candidates and industry respondents.
•Capture accurate and structured insights from research conversations.
•Research companies, industries, job roles, talent markets and workforce trends.
•Identify and assess relevant candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Support customer success, project coordination and client research requirements.
• Organize and analyse data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Convert research findings into clear and actionable market insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong graduates from other disciplines may also apply.
• Good spoken and written English with confidence in conducting phone conversations.
• Curious and research-oriented, with the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets with good attention to detail.
• Interest in market research, consulting, customer success, recruitment or talent intelligence.
