Management Trainee - Inside Sales

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings
• Qualify leads based on interest and requirements
• Schedule product demos for the sales team
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions
• Maintain and update data in CRM regularly
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth demo execution

• Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English,preferred)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach
• Ability to handle calls and rejections positively
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
