About the role:

Prochant is looking for dynamic and motivated MBA graduates to join our Healthcare Operations team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands on exposure to US healthcare processes, business operations, client interactions and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support day to day healthcare operations and business processes.

-Analyze operational data and prepare reports and presentations.

-Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure process efficiency.

-Participate in projects focused on process improvements and client satisfactions.

-Assist in stakeholder communication and issue resolution.

-Learn and contribute to healthcare Revenue Cycle Mangaement Process.

Eligibility:

MBA Graduates ( 2024, 2025 & 2026 passouts)

0-2 Years of experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Leadership mindset with excellent teamwork abilities.

Proactive, adaptive, and self driven.

Preferred Skills:

MS Excel and Power Point Proficiency.

Problem solving and decision making skills.

Client management and stakeholder coordination.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
