Management Trainee HR

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment, retention, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, performance expectations, and training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from various sources (e.g., surveys).
