Management Trainee- Graduates & Freshers

No previous management experience is required full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and team operations
• Assist with sales, marketing and business development activities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support business growth and customer acquisition initiatives
• Participate in training, meetings and team development sessions
• Assist with planning, reporting and performance tracking
• Help coordinate promotional activities and events
• Develop communication, leadership and decision-making skills
• Support the development of new team members
