Management Trainee (Freshers) - Surat, Kolkata, Delhi/NCR

Role & responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor material movement and ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare daily MIS reports on stock, dispatches, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Work on warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation.
• Handle any operational assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
