Management Trainee/ Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Management Trainees to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in real estate sales. As a Management Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while learning the end-to-end sales process, customer handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the company's products, projects, and sales process.

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects. • Assist in project presentations and site visits.

• Build customer relationships and update CRM records.

• Attend training sessions and developer meetings.

• Work with Team Leads to achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• Freshers preferred (0-2 year experience).

• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Automobiles, or EdTech may also apply. Required Skills
