We are looking for MBA candidates to join as Management Trainees in the Credit Management function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess creditworthiness of applicants by analysing financial data and credit reports.
• Evaluate customer income profiles for loan and credit eligibility.
• Analyse CIBIL reports and identify credit risk factors.
• Analyse bank statements to verify income sources and spending patterns.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up on non-starter applications and collect required information.
• Ensure timely credit decisions within defined TAT.

Eligibility:

• MBA – 2023/2024 batch candidates.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates residing near the office location preferred.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle situations and work pressure.
• Male candidates preferred.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 3.75 LPA
• Retention Bonus: 50,000 after completion of 15 months
• After confirmation, candidates will be given the position of Assistant Manager along with a salary hike.

Management Trainee Duration: 15 Months
