Management Trainee Collections

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring MBA freshers (20252026 pass-outs) for our Collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for assigned unsecured loan portfolios.
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Handle customer queries and negotiate payment resolutions.
• Maintain collection records and ensure process compliance.
• Travel within the assigned territory for field collection activities.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Location: Srikakulam, Kadapa
