• OTC B2B Collections experience is mandatory.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and develop strategies that improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding debts.
• Monitor payment transactions to detect delinquent accounts and take timely action to minimize risk.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements professionally and empathetically.
