Management Trainee - ADI

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, analytical consultant to join our Management Consultancy and GRC team. You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, assess risk across their processes, and recommend practical solutions through audits, reviews, and data-driven analysis. The role calls for someone who can manage client engagements independently, think creatively, and deliver quality work within budget and timelines.

Requirements

Role Requirements Some of the key responsibilities of this role are: Department- Management Consultancy / GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Services.

- Understand the clients problems and needs, work out, and suggest them proper solutions through various audit, review, and analytical processes for different functions/areas.
- To interpret and evaluate the client's risk areas covering all the processes and provide the
input into the risk-based internal audit
- Identify different types of data and prepare the inferences as an outcome
- Use the statistical analysis method to identify the area of improvement in terms of operational efficiency and opportunistic savings
- Generate easy to read and presentable presentations
- Work in a team to deliver the best outcome
- To interpret and evaluate the client's risk areas covering all the processes and provide the input the risk-based internal audit
- Able to manage the client engagements independently with out of box thinking
- Able to understand the processes and conduct the audit within the budgeted timeline
