Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or another relevant discipline.
• Experience: Typically 12 - 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive industry, with experience coordinating management systems and audits.
• QMS/IATF: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 auditor training, with sound knowledge of automotive core tools.
• EMS: ISO 14001 auditor training and knowledge of environmental aspects, impacts, and compliance obligations.
• OHSAS: 18001:2007 auditor training and knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Additional knowledge: Applicable statutory compliance, customer-specific requirements, root cause analysis, risk management, and continual improvement.
