Management Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability of the company.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and automate processes using artificial intelligence tools like Process Automation.
• Provide leadership guidance on process improvements, quality control measures, and risk management practices.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience as a Management Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in Decision Making techniques such as data analysis and scenario planning.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies including Process Automation.
