Role Description The Management Intern will support day-to-day operations, assist with planning and coordination of tours and packages, and help manage communication with partners, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include preparing reports, organizing travel-related documentation, monitoring scheduling and logistics, and supporting the development of service improvements. The intern will also contribute to social media updates, basic market research, and internal process documentation as needed. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad, requiring consistent collaboration with the local team and participation in office activities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of business operations, administration, or management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional customer-focused attitude.

• Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality and willingness to learn about the industry.
